A picture is worth a thousand words. A video is worth more.
From the top to the very southern tip, here is a video culminating my adventures across the continent of South America:
Starting in Colombia, my home for almost a year, I visited one magical place to another. On the coastline of Nuqui, near Guachalito, I had the most incredible experience with Prana Pacifico Retreats. You can read about the magic of this yoga retreat here. Before leaving Colombia, I decided to seek out the tiny town of Guadalupe, where Las Ganchas and other unknown natural wonders lay hidden. To visit Guadalupe, read how I managed to make my way to this little gem.
I visited the sand dunes of Huacachina, Peru, rode through the colorful desert of Uyuni, Bolivia, and even ventured into the snowy little town of El Chaltén, Argentina. The Perito Moreno Glacier blew my mind, and, to top it all off, was hiking Torres del Paine in the winter. You can read about how to visit these places, and more, on Traveling South America in Winter. Need tips for how to survive your travels in a wild but crazy fun continent? Check out my tips and tricks here.
Feel free to ask in a comment about any places you saw in the video!
